Operator. Strategist. Builder.
I transform ambiguity into execution,
design systems and workflows that scale,
and make AI useful enough to move real metrics.
01 · Operating Philosophy
Four principles that shape how I approach every problem, team, and organisation I work with.
02 · Case Studies
Three different contexts. Three different types of problem. Same pattern: find the constraint, build the system, deliver measurable results at scale.
03 · Built Products
Most people who lead teams stop building. I didn't. The fastest way to understand a problem deeply enough to solve it at scale is to build something - and shipping real things keeps that instinct sharp. Here are a few of mine (and growing).
Arsenal Saudi Arabia · Built Product · 2026
Built a bilingual fan event platform for Saudi Arabia, with QR-based ticketing, admin controls, live attendance tracking, analytics, and Arabic-first UX. This was not a concept project. It was used in the real world, under real event constraints, by real users.
Revolut · Internal Production · 2025
FinCrime escalations were piling up at ~450 tickets a week, with 240 SLA breaches and cases stuck for 10+ days. Outages, stuck flows, and edge cases drove repeat chases, while fragmented ownership made reliable governance impossible.
Built a unified async workflow inside Revolut's proprietary platforms Workflows and Dante - a routed, Slack-integrated workflow that standardised triage, enforced ownership, and cut SLA breaches while reducing case resolution time.
Amazon · Internal Production · 2024
A web-based safety reporting platform first deployed at STN8 and rolled out across the UK sortation network. It made it simple for associates to raise submissions, for managers to track and close actions, and for site leaders to monitor trends in real time.
Amazon · Internal Production · 2023
An operations tool built on linear optimisation models, first deployed at SXW2 and rolled out across the UK sortation network to optimise belt layouts, balance zone volumes, and reduce reinjection - giving planners and supervisors an intuitive interface for rapid scenario testing and layout changes.
Independent · Ongoing
Outside formal roles, I regularly prototype and ship internal tools, workflow automations, and self-hosted projects to test ideas in production rather than admire them in theory. My bias is to build the smallest thing that proves the point fastest.
04 · What people say
What senior leaders and partners say after working with me directly.
Ahmad creates impact from the very start of a client relationship, building trust and positioning SimCorp as a long-term partner. He demonstrates a strong customer success mindset, collaborates effectively across functions, and takes clear ownership. What stands out most is how quickly he has grown into the role - taking on full client accountability with increasing confidence. A genuine asset to the regional team.
Ahmad has a never-settle attitude, consistently striving for the best delivery and execution. He jumps in with both feet - willingly taking on tasks beyond his remit, including building new workflows from scratch to support automations. His stakeholder management is strong, and his speed of execution is exceptional: he learns quickly, adapts without hesitation, and delivers on every task presented to him.
Ahmad has a drive to better performance, and applies himself to learning the variables to enable a balanced strategic approach in doing so. He does very well in bringing stakeholders together to derive corrective and sustainable actions. A clear strategic vision for how the team will deliver.
Ahmad possesses a keen analytical mind, enabling him to quickly process large volumes of information and make well-informed decisions. His blend of analytical prowess, compassionate leadership, and decisive action makes him an outstanding leader. I highly recommend Ahmad to any organisation seeking a dynamic and effective leader.
Combining technical depth with strong leadership and communication skills, Ahmad is an inherent asset to any organisation. He is able to tend to details without losing sight of the big picture. I have no doubt he will continue to transform every industry that is lucky to have him.
05 · Experience
Over a decade across infrastructure, logistics, fintech, and SaaS, with the same through-line in each role: build clarity, create leverage, improve performance.

06 · Beyond the work
Work is important. So is everything else. Here's what keeps me grounded, curious, and human.
I grew up between London and Doha and have lived and worked across four countries. That range of environments taught me to adapt fast, lead across cultures, and remain calm in ambiguity.
Outside work, I stay grounded through family, football, horse-riding, scuba, and travel. I've explored 21 countries so far across five continents. I also build with AI in my own time, running side projects from a home server because the fastest way to understand a technology is to ship with it.
I've always been drawn to systems. Engineering taught me how to design them. Consulting taught me how to analyse them. Operations taught me how to run them. Today I focus on helping organisations scale through better systems, better decisions, and better execution.
07 · Contact
I am most useful when operations are scaling, ownership is blurry, service quality is under pressure, or AI is being talked about more than it is delivering.
That's the kind of problem I work best on.
